AGM Information

The annual general meeting, or AGM, is a meeting scheduled in addition to the organizations six other bi-monthly team meetings, and operations meetings. The purpose of this extra meeting is to elect representatives to the Board of Governors, to pass changes to the organizations bi-laws, and for open review of the teams finanical statements.

Active members of the organization are invited review current bi-laws and to suggest changes or revisions. Such changes and revisions are to be forwarded for review and consideration a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled AGM.

Due to the importance of this meeting. Member attendance and input is mandatory.
